SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping depends on Shipping Profile:

Ready to ship in 1–2 weeks for Standart Shipping

Ready to ship in 3-5 days for DHL Express
Estimated shipping times
Standart Shipping:
North America, Canada: 2-3 weeks
Europe, United Kingdom: 1-2 weeks
DHL Express:
3-7 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
BUYERS FROM THE US please note that, according to the USPS policies, a signature is required at delivery for all international parcels with tracking numbers. If no authorized recipient is available at the time of delivery, USPS will leave you a notice of unsuccessful delivery attempt and will request to schedule a delivery at the time convenient for you or pick up your parcel at your local post office.
I understand that this policy may cause some inconvenience on your end, but USPS has it in place to ensure a safe delivery of your purchase. Also, please note that, as a seller, I have no control over this policy.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: custom orders and items on sale.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Conditions of refund
We make a refund as soon as we receive the parcel with the items that the customer returns back.
